Coming Home to Myself 



Project: Coming Home to Myself Zine
Brief: Create a personal illustrated zine capturing a transformative solo trip to Madeira — using nature and travel as metaphors for healing and self-reconnection.
Role: Illustrator & Writer — documented reflections during the trip and translated them into intimate illustrations and handwritten notes for the zine.
Idea: Use the island’s wild landscapes as mirrors for an inner journey — showing how being immersed in nature can guide us gently back to ourselves.
Impact: A tender, limited-edition zine shared with my creative community as an offering for anyone seeking comfort in solitude and nature’s quiet answers.

Concept: Coming Home to Myself is both a travel journal and a love letter to self-acceptance.
