Brief: Create a visual concept that celebrates and empowers Lidl’s young team members by highlighting their individuality and personal growth.
Role: Concept Design System — developed the core idea, designed the visual device, and defined its integration into the wider campaign.
Idea: Introduce a dynamic camera icon that gracefully follows each young team member’s journey, symbolising how Lidl shines a spotlight on their unique path and contributions. The camera design subtly incorporates an element inspired by the iconic Lidl logo, adding brand recognition and a sense of belonging.
Impact: A distinctive campaign asset that connects Lidl’s familiar identity with a fresh, youth-focused storytelling device, making each personal story stand out while strengthening the brand’s approachable image.
Concept: A moving lens capturing real people, real stories — celebrating growth, individuality, and Lidl’s commitment to supporting its next generation of workers.
