Lick me

Project: Lick Me
Brief: Create an experimental visual project exploring the strange, primal urge to lick objects that aren’t meant to be licked — unpacking how shape, color, and texture trigger that semiotic impulse.
Role: Designer— developed the concept, designed a series of enticing yet unsettling visuals that test the boundary between attraction and aversion.
Idea: Use organic forms, glossy textures, and candy-like colors to create visual cues that seduce the viewer’s senses, sparking a push-pull between desire and discomfort.
Impact: Exhibited as an independent art series that invites people to question their sensory instincts and the hidden codes behind visual temptation.
Concept: Lick Me dissects the ways visual language can hijack our senses — turning inedible objects into forbidden treats. The project teases out the tension between want and taboo, highlighting how simple shapes can awaken deep, instinctive urges.
