Oedipus Low & No



Client: Oedipus Brewing
Brief: Develop a flexible brand identity system for Oedipus’ experimental line of No & Low Alcohol drinks — a collection of test brews not yet ready for their own standalone labels.
Role: Brand Designer & Art Director — created a cohesive visual identity and packaging system to unify the range during its experimental phase.
Idea: Strip the design back to the basics, allowing each drink’s essence to shine while visually signaling that these are works-in-progress — connected yet evolving.
Impact: The identity system makes it easy for Oedipus to test new ideas and share them with bars and loyal fans, while keeping the lineup playful and coherent until individual drinks graduate to full brands.

Concept: This concept draws inspiration from the idea of connecting the dots — just like these drinks, the design is unfinished, evolving step by step from one stage to the next. Some dots remain open and incomplete, mirroring the ‘work in progress’ spirit of the experimental phase. It invites the viewer to join the process: grab a marker and complete the shapes, turning each can into a playful, ever-changing canvas.
